If you purchased a Little Bee Speech app through the App Store directly (or an in-app purchase) you will need to request a refund through Apple. Apple maintains a very strict data security policy which only allows them to access, manage, cancel, or refund your subscription for you. Additionally, they have access to your account and credit card information and we do not. As a result, we cannot manage customer refunds.
