If you are seeing the message that in-app purchases are "not allowed" it's because they are disabled. You can enable your in-app purchases in the Settings app on your device.

To enable in-app purchases on your iOS device:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap Screen Time
  3. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
  4. Turn on Content & Privacy Restrictions
  5. Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases
  6. Tap In-app Purchases
  7. Check Allow

If you are a school district that uses a Mobile Device Management System (MDM) you will need to purchase Little Bee Hive licenses directly through Little Bee Speech.
